**Role**:
The Customer Care Agent would be an invaluable addition to our team as we move forward. This new resource would take on the following responsibilities:

- Provide information on our brands products/menus, services (Rewards/Loyalty programs) and promotions
- Communicate guest feedback to General Managers and Regional Managers
- Act as intermediate between guest and restaurant/café
- Help other departments with Customer Service inquiries
- Act as initial contact for escalations, assist team of Customer Care Agents
- Play key role in onboarding brands into new Customer Care processes and systems

**Requirements**:

- DEC/DEP graduate (any field) or 2 years of relevant Customer Service experience
- Excellent bilingualism both written and spoken (French and English)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and quick learner
- Positive attitude, customer focused, polite and attentive to detail
- Full-time position with hybrid work model and flexible hours
- Experience in Customer Service an asset
- Any in-restaurant experience an asset

**Rôle**:
L’agent(e) du service à la clientèle sera un ajout important à notre équipe au cours de notre évolution. Cette nouvelle ressource aura les responsabilités suivantes:

- Travailler au sein d'une équipe pour assurer un niveau exceptionnel de satisfaction de la clientèle en répondant aux demandes de renseignements par courriel ou par téléphone (en français et en anglais).
- Fournir de l'information sur les produits/menus, les services (programmes de récompenses/de fidélité) et les promotions de nos marques.
- Communiquer les commentaires des clients aux directeurs généraux et aux directeurs régionaux.
- Servir d'intermédiaire entre le client et le restaurant/café.
- Aider les autres départements à répondre aux questions du service clientèle
- Agir en tant que premier contact pour les escalations, aider l'équipe d'agents de service à la clientèle.
- Jouer un rôle clé dans l'intégration des marques dans les nouveaux processus et systèmes de service à la clientèle.

**Exigences**:

- Diplômé(e) du DEC/DEP (tout domaine) ou 2 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine du service à la clientèle.
- Excellent bilinguisme, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (français et anglais).
- Excellente capacité à résoudre des problèmes et apprendre rapidement.
- Attitude positive, orientation vers le client, politesse et souci du détail.
- Poste à temps plein avec un modèle de travail hybride et un horaire flexible.
- Expérience en service à la clientèle un atout
- Toute expérience dans un restaurant un atout
