**Roles and Responsibilities**
We are looking for a team member who enjoys creating structure, creating and administering processes, and working with employees on a day-to-day basis. AMJ London has grown rapidly and with this, require assistance in controlling our warehouse structure and organization.
- Reporting to the Branch Manager and working very closely with our operations and home delivery teams to ensure all tasks can be accomplished efficiently
- Full control and management of our warehouse operations and staff that work within it
- Management of our equipment and warehouse inventory of inbound and outbound products
- Loading and offloading all trucks for all divisions (household, commercial, logistics, home deliveries) Able to load, unload and move products and materials by hand, as a team and individually, with basic material handling equipment
- Able to properly lift/move a minimum of 100+ lbs on a regular basis (team lifting and use of equipment when/where required) and physically fit. This can be a labour intensive position
- You will be required to have your forklift license and operate all forklift’s within our warehouse
- Eventual training and implementation of shunting trucks and eventually trailers with guidance
- Developing your skills on our systems in order to pull required information independently when required
- Maintaining consistent cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
- Evening and weekend availability and flexibility is a plus
**Qualifications**
- Passion for attention to detail
- Must be trustworthy, reliable, mature and ready to work
- Must be able to pass a background check (mandatory)
- Good with computers, Microsoft Office suites and open to new software's
- Outstanding communication skill both written and verbal
- Ability to manage your time
- Great interpersonal skills
- Passion for winning; we are all hungry and driven
- This is a full time, in-person position based out of London, Ontario
- Monday to Friday with some Saturdays potentially required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
