**Location**:Eastern Canada

**Duties**:
Reporting to the Beauty & Personal Care Global Key Accounts Manager, this role is responsible for managing key accounts, whilst building and maintaining global relationships with strategic customers. You will be successfully developing Univar’s business with the assigned KA’s at global and regional level. You will also be responsible for prospecting potential new customers while growing and strengthening existing customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Is the focal point of contact at global level for the assigned Beauty & Personal Care key accounts
- Responsible to build and execute the Annual Growth Plan for each account, setting regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the product / service strategies of the Univar organization
- Work in close contact with Beauty & Personal Care team to leverage best practices and find new business opportunity.
- Responsible for building an excellent customer intimacy based in our vision, mission, values and culture to reach a real partnership with the assigned accounts.
- Is responsible for managing: CPL (Central Price List), RFQ (Request for Quotations), and tenders of the assigned key customers
- Identify new prospect growth opportunities
- Reports the commercial, technical, growth activities and opportunities related to their key accounts (appointments, meeting summaries, calls, pipeline of new opportunities)
- Collaborates with global and local colleagues across all functions on all customer and product related queries
- Shares at global level with colleagues all identified market intelligence

**We Are Looking For**
- Established B2B experience
- Knowledge of Beauty & Personal Care market: customers & dynamics
- Excellent communication, commercial and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiating skills & results orientatied
- Excellent analytical skills
- Degree in Business management or chemistry, or similar, is preferred
