Liberty Spring has a unique opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the policies, procedures, laws and standards relating to human resources are known and understood by the managers as well as the employees of the company;
- Write or update documents for human resources related to the management of employees of the Toronto site (job descriptions, employee manual and policies, etc.);
- Managing payroll processing for hourly and salary employees on a bi-weekly basis ;
- Administrating group benefits ;
- Structure and carry out internal communications related to employees;
- Advise managers on staffing process, including promotions, transfers and human resources policies ;
- Provides employee relation support, guidance and counsels to management ;
- Carry out the complete staffing process and ensure the proper integration of our new employees;
- Leads company compliance for government regulations and laws including any related to Employment Standards Act ;
- Manage employee training and development programs;
- Administer and maintain performance evaluation process;
- KPI reporting and collaborate on the local staff budget (headcount);
- Participate in the implementation of human resources management projects;
- Primary contact during the HR department quality audit control ;
- Liaise government bodies regarding employees related to WSIB, ROE and Employment standards ;
- Other related duties as required

**Required Knowledge & Skills**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline required ;
- Must possess minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role in a manufacturing environment ;
- Must possess PCP designation ;
- In-depth knowledge of labor law & HR best practices
