GENERAL SUMMARY:
Assist Contract Administrator with managing customer contracts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Create and track all sales orders.
2. Create and track all purchase orders.
3. Receive invoices from subcontractors.
4. Ensure accurate order entry and follow up.
5. Submits monthly billing to customer.
6. Document control.
7. Cross train for warehouse coverage.
8. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customer.
9. Report and document non-conformances, CARs and continuous improvements.
10. Maintains safety and good housekeeping standards for the site.
11. Make decisions within limits of general standards or procedures.
12. Report near misses and incidents to site manager and cooperate with investigations.
13. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Ability to work with little to no supervision.
2. Good written and oral communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Ability to work well with others, exhibiting teamwork.
5. Good computer and systems knowledge.
6. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
7. Ability to multitask.
8. Attention to detail.
9. Basic knowledge of materials and tooling.
10. Ability to sit for long periods of time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. 1-3 years of experience in customer service required.
3. Experience in purchasing, or inventory management preferred.
4. Intermediate / Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
