**JOB PURPOSE**

**ASSIGNED RESPONSINILITIES**
- Procuring inventory and engaging in negotiations to secure the most favorable deals with suppliers and vendors;
- Supervising the timely and secure transportation of products during delivery, loading, and unloading;
- Promptly conducting stock inspections and promptly reporting any identified issues to relevant parties;
- Coordinating workshops for new staff and sales representatives;
- Researching market trends, attending product launches, and participating in networking events;
- Aiding in the planning of product launches and brand-related occasions;
- Regularly conducting inventory checks to maintain appropriate stock levels;
- Following up with potential clients and delivering exceptional customer service;
- Increasing product sales and acquiring new clientele on a monthly basis;
- Arranging meetings with suppliers and devising more effective marketing strategies.
