**Job Description**:
Position Purpose
- This position implements the Asset Management strategy with the objective to maximize asset productivity, asset recovery, and deliver CHEP’s value proposition to distributor customers on a cost effective basis.
- Working within a defined territory managing distributor customer accounts, this position controls and recovers CHEP equipment from key NCD’s, PD’s, CD’s and other non-CHEP locations.
- This position provides leadership on Asset Recovery initiatives and interfaces cross-functionally to ensure best practices are being followed.

Major/Key Accountabilities
- Enhancement and monitoring of all control systems and performance metrics to track asset productivity, minimize losses, and decrease asset cycle time.
- Generate incremental revenue from Retailers conversion to Emitters or signing on new PD agreements including pricing related to reuse activities and delayed transfer hire.
- Supporting Global Stock Audit Policy for Emitter and Distributor stocks and driving processes improvement solutions and controls to eliminate stock variances. Negotiates compensation for lost assets (LEN).
- Enhancement of distributor participation through regulation of classification and account setup practices, signed distributor agreements, reinforcement of the CHEP value proposition, and development of formal advocacy.
- Maintenance and regulation of stray asset recovery and non-revenue earning asset programs through communication and enforcement of ownership rights in compliance with commercial terms and Asset Protection policies.
- Manage process for increasing collection orders with cross functional teams during high demand / supply cycles.
- Maintains accurate and up to date account information and key contact information in Siebel including activity reporting.

- Générer des revenus additionnels de la conversion des détaillants en émetteurs ou signer de nouvelles ententes PD avec une tarification pour la réutilisation des actifs et le retard du transfert des stocks.
- Soutenir la politique d’audit des stocks mondiale pour les stocks des émetteurs et des distributeurs et apporter des solutions d’amélioration des processus et des mesures de contrôle afin d’éliminer les écarts dans les stocks. Négocier une compensation pour la perte d’actifs (avis d’équipement perdu et endommagé).
