As a core member of our Business Process Optimization (BPO) team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

The Product Specialist will be a key member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team and will play an integral role in designing and delivering automated processes within the Citco Group. The specialist will work with the Process Design team, Process Adoption team and business unit representatives to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver bottom-line results for Citco.

The Intelligent Automation (IA) is multi-skilled team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational solutions leveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Robotics Process Automation, Business Process Management, Reconciliation Tools, APIs and Automation.

**Your** Role**:

- You will liaise with key business resources to ensure that their needs are translated into our finished product.
- Elicit, capture, analyze, refine, articulate and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation
- Be a key member in designing end to end workflow solutions for multiple functions in our organization
- Create solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states
- Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions
- Perform all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change
- Work with Process Adoption and Business Leads to rollout completed solutions to target teams/offices
- Assist with product backlog maintenance and grooming
- Participate in Scrum stand-up meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings

**About You**:

- You have a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong business analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated business requirements and other documents
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Project management Skills (Prince 2, PMP)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Assets:

- Financial product knowledge and knowledge of Fund Administration
- Understanding of agile project management
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements
- Experience documenting processes using Visio
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Expertise with complex SQL queries and stored procedures
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau/Qlik/Power BI
- Understanding of the benefits of Business Process Management, Machine Learning, and Robotic Process Automation
