Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Conduct account analysis and financial auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Utilize accounting software, such as Xero, to maintain financial records
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Support employee recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial services
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero
- Experience with financial auditing and corporate finance processes
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
