**Your role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze SharePoint and Power Automate requirements.
- Design and implement SharePoint solutions that manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with data security and governance policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, and integration with other systems.
- Provide training and support to helpdesk/end-users on SharePoint functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SharePoint with other systems, such as Active Directory, databases, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Utilize Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Query to create intuitive and efficient process automation.
- Customize and extend SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server functionalities using client-side scripting, REST APIs, and PowerShell.
- Design and implement complex workflows using Power Automate to automate business processes and integrate with other systems with REST APIs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing solutions, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Document technical specifications and implementation details for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Develop test plans and scripts to perform user acceptance testing and administration.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of SharePoint best practices and stay current with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (such as Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
- One year experience managing and administering SharePoint 2016, online environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint farms, sites, libraries, and lists.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server development, including customizations using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and PowerShell.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and managing the environments using Sharegate or similar tools.
- Expertise in Power Automate (Flow) solutions that works with SharePoint.
- Familiarity with SharePoint REST APIs and integration with external data sources.
- Experience using Microsoft SQL Server and running prepared T-SQL scripts and queries.
- Experience with diagnosing and resolving SharePoint performance issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A understanding of software change management process and testing.
