Under the management of the Regional Manager, the Sales Representative applies marketing strategies developed by the company on his territory in order to increase Meilleures Marques sales of assigned products and trademarks. The Sales Representative also ensures that a good business relationship exists with customers (stores) on his territory.

**Responsibilities**
- Maximise sales volume for each of our products, by ensuring order process management, which will be directly delivered from our warehouses to our customers’ stores
- Ensure to plan store coverage on territory to meet frequency expectations and content of visits made by the company
- Set objectives for each store visit in line with priorities communicated by the organization and opportunities specifically observed in each customer
- Ensure availability of all referenced products at each customer and that each product has the right code, correct price and shelf space that corresponds to the planogram
- Optimize support for each promotion with sufficient inventory, well-placed displays and corresponding promotional material
- Ensure good knowledge of the company’s product features and benefits in order to optimize the impact of sales presentations
- Maintain good business relationships with customers in your territory
- Complete all files and report required for managing each customer and territory in general
- Communicate any information relevant to the evolution of products for which you are responsible to the Regional Manager and submit profitable business opportunities for the development of your territory
- Ensure good knowledge of products from the company and the competition in order to properly answer questions and meet the needs of the person in charge of the area
- Actively take part in periodic sales meetings
- Sous la direction du directeur régional des ventes, le titulaire du poste applique, sur le territoire qui lui a été attribué, les stratégies de mise en marché développées par l’entreprise afin de faire progresser les ventes de Meilleures Marques pour les produits et marques de commerce assignés. Le représentant des ventes s’assure également qu’une bonne relation d’affaires existe avec les clients (magasins) sur son territoire.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Optimiser le volume de ventes de chacun de nos produits en assurant la gestion des processus de commandes qui seront livrées directement aux magasins de nos clients
- S’assurer de planifier la couverture des magasins sur son territoire afin de répondre aux attentes de fréquence de durée et de contenu des visites établies par l’entreprise
- Établir les objectifs pour chacune des visites de magasin en ligne avec les priorités transmises par l’organisation et les opportunités observées spécifiquement chez chaque client
- S’assurer de la disponibilité de tous les produits référencés chez chaque client et que chaque produit possède le bon code, le bon prix et l’espace en tablette correspondant au planogramme
- Optimiser le soutien de chaque promotion par un inventaire suffisant, des étalages bien localisés et du matériel promotionnel correspondant
- S’assurer de bien connaître les caractéristiques et les avantages des produits de la compagnie afin d’optimiser l’impact de ses présentations de vente
- Maintenir de bonnes relations d’affaires avec les clients de son territoire
- Remplir tous les fichiers et les rapports requis dans la gestion de chacun de ses clients et de son territoire en général
- Communiquer au directeur régional toute information pertinente à l’évolution des produits sous sa responsabilité et lui soumettre des opportunités d’affaires rentables pour le développement de son territoire
- S’assurer de bien connaître les produits de la compagnie et ceux de la compétition pour bien répondre aux questions et aux besoins des responsables de secteur

- Participer activement aux réunions périodiques de vente
