A key challenge you may face in this role includes completing pressing priorities in a busy environment. However, you will have opportunities to learn our unique processes and grow within the company as we continue to expand

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Previous experience in an administrative role (warehouse preferred)
- Ability to prioritize work duties
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility
- Customer services skills

THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Prioritizing & checking appointments throughout the day
- Organizing and filing documents physically and virtually through the shared drives.
- Generating shipping and receiving documents
- Generating KPI reports & shipping.
- Greet and assist visitors and contractors with registering, ensuring that food safety protocols are being met.
- Verifying inbound and outbound paperwork.
- Other duties as required

OTHER
- You are willing to work flexible shifts to cover for vacations, sick days or leave if required
