**Service Warehouse / Inventory Associate**

We are looking for a Service Receiver/Inventory Control Associate - Service to join our growing team. You will be working with a team of amazing people servicing the Service Transportation Industry. Come kick-start your career with us today

**Things you will do**:

- Receive & inspect incoming materials to specifications outlined
- Troubleshoot and resolve material discrepancies
- Perform administrative duties related to inventory control including cycle-counting
- Use equipment to handle materials such as pallet jacks, forklift etc.
- Provide top-notch, high quality customer service to all Magnum internal customers
- Perform warehouse activities in support of internal and external customers
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task as required in a fast-paced work environment
- Assist with the retrieval of parts required to perform services as required for the maintenance team
- Monitor and respond to activities at the service counter including customer contact and parts
- Project a professional image that positively represents the Company to internal and external customers
- Ability to cross-train into other roles in the parts/service department
- Perform other duties as required

**Shift Requirements**:

- Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

**What you have**:

- Previous experience with document management, warehouse management systems and order process systems
- Ability to read a basic drawing.
- Experience with measurement Tools (e.g. scales, measuring tape, thermometer, temperature gauge, air pressure gauge)
- Experience with material handling Equipment (e.g. dollies, forklifts, hand trucks, jacks, pallet trucks, wrapping machinery)
- Ability to establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
- Above average reading comprehension, writing and numeracy required.
- Must display a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced atmosphere
- Attention to detail & high level of accuracy required.
- Very effective organizational skills

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
