**POSITION**: Inventory Coordinator REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager
We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Warehouse team This role will be responsible assisting in building up inventory accuracy and providing general administrative support.
OPPORTUNITIES
In this role, your primary focus will be carrying out inventory related functions and supporting from an administrative aspect. You will be exposed to different scenarios that will put your patience and organizational skills to the test. There will be plenty of opportunities to put suggestions and ideas into actions.
This is a very exciting time for the Warehouse team as we continue to grow and expand The main challenge is to create an organized environment and to maintaining inventory to world class standards. However, this provides opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced evolving environment.

- You are skilled at categorizing raw data through excel for reports
EXPERIENCE
- You have relevant experience working warehouse, supply chain, or logistics
- You have 2+ years of administrative experience
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Manufacturing knowledge of material consumption
- Experience with warehouse management systems
THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Drive excellent results focusing on inventory accuracy on raw materials and finished goods
- Create reports to help us understand the current state of inventory
- Generating and validating cycle counts and conducting root cause analysis
- Working closely with production team and understanding consumption & variances in the process
- Monitoring transactions and advising group of key focus areas
- Reconciling inventory through investigations
- Validating shipments and sending to Finance
- Register visitors and contractors and tend to other related customer service tasks
- Assisting with scheduling inbounds/outbounds
- Looking after the driver’s window as needed
OTHER
- You might need to work overtime during month ends
You may on occasion work at various times and weekends as the job requires
