**Position Purpose**:
We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager** responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales consultants, and ensuring company growth. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and enhancing the overall sales performance of the company.

**Education & Professional Qualification**:

- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Master in a relevant field from a reputed University.

**Experience**:

- 4 to 5 years of proven work experience in a similar role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct cold calls and sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales initiatives and achieve company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling, sales closing, and negotiating contracts.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product offering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable results.
