**What You Will Be Doing**
- Employee Supervision.
- Batching of concrete.
- Maintenance of concrete plant.
- Maintenance of Mixer Fleet.
- Inventory Management.
- Ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products according to customer’s needs.
- Completion of paperwork.
- Maintaining the plant and the yard.
- Daily interaction with management, employees, customers, and the public to identify and address issues and concerns.

**What We Would Like from You**
- Must have good mathematical skills.
- Experience in the operation of a batch plant.
- Previous dispatch experience is an asset.
- Must have knowledge of concrete mix designs.
- Must have mechanical aptitude.
- Intermediate computer experience.
- Concrete Technology Experience.
- Knowledge of the Ready-Mix Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
