Grandeur has a new opportunity as a Residential Sales Representative
This position is required to promote and secure the sale of Grandeur’s residential products by following up on sales leads and maintaining existing clientele. Responsibilities will include the execution of operations and sales at the Grandeur location in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
The essential functions and responsibilities of the applicant will be:

- Promoting and securing the sale of Grandeur’s residential products
- Creating new business and developing effective sales channels for assigned products
- Establish new accounts by following up on sales leads
- Maintain client service from point of contact through to point of sale
- Professionally maintain existing clientele and create new clients through networking within our industry to ensure diversity of our client base in creating new opportunities and options for Grandeur
- Providing clients with pricing, product information, and aide in design and product selection as required
- Involvement in making presentations to clients and industry consultants
- Work with Drafting and Quality to ensure clients needs are met
- Work closely with Project Managers
- Develop and submit verbal and written reports detailing sales calls, competitor activity, products, potential clients, and clients needs as required
- Maintain the Grandeur lot and office
- Ensure stock homes are staged and kept clean
- Assist other sales team members as required

Work conditions are as follows:

- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- May be exposed to construction sites
- Able to sit for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lb
- Travel for site visits and client meetings as required
