**Compensation**:
Starts at a $60,000 base salary with an attractive commission structure. Performance-driven, the total expected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 annually.

**Your Mission**:
As an integral member of our Sales and Business Development team, immerse yourself in the core of the agriculture industry. Propel our revolutionary AI solutions across global markets, including crop insurance firms and producers. Collaborate closely with our founders and CEO, playing a pivotal role in our expansion and shaping the future of agricultural technology. At SGA, your contributions will cement our status as industry leaders while carving out your path for professional growth in our vibrant startup.

**Your Impact**:

- **Engage & Inspire**: Cultivate relationships with potential clients in Canada, the USA, Australia, and beyond through compelling presentations and demos, ensuring our AI solutions captivate and resonate.
- **Foster Relationships**: Establish and maintain trust as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, laying the foundation for enduring partnerships.
- **Market Innovations**: Showcase our transformative AI products on-site to producers, tailoring solutions to their unique agronomic and crop production needs, thereby driving sales and market presence.
- **Expand Reach**: Actively approach and demonstrate our pioneering AI products to crop insurance companies, illustrating their value proposition.
- **Maintain Engagement**: Consistently follow up with stakeholders, blending perseverance with value to uncover new opportunities and affirm SGA’s dedication to their success.
- **Convert Opportunities**: Transform prospects into valued clients by clearly articulating the advantages of our solutions, aligned with their strategic goals.
- **Lead with Innovation**: Keep clients abreast of new offerings and services, anticipating industry trends to address their evolving needs with our leading-edge solutions.

**Who We Seek**:

- **Experienced in Agricultural Sales**: Demonstrated success in agricultural sales, particularly B2B, with a minimum of 2 years, showcasing a history of exceeding targets and driving growth.
- **Agronomy Expertise**: At least 2 years of practical experience in agronomy, including crop inputs, yield estimation, crop protection, and advisory services.
- **Strategic Communicator**: Exceptional negotiation skills and adeptness in engaging with C-level executives distinguish you.
- **Motivated Achiever**: With a goal-driven and proactive mindset, you are ready to embrace challenges and innovate solutions.
- **Adaptable Communicator**: Skilled in articulating complex concepts persuasively, tailoring your approach to suit diverse audiences.
