**Company Overview**: AYCE Capital, a lower middle-market Private Equity firm, is looking for a President/Chief Operating Officer (CEO) to install at one of its pending acquisitions. The acquisition is a reseller of input products, its client base mostly consists of commercial tradesmen and industrial buyers. The acquisition is located in North York, Ontario. AYCE is looking for someone who will be capable of driving growth and professionalization, with limited direct oversight for a 3-4 year time horizon. This role offers the freedom to work independently, flexibly, and the chance to benefit from the results of your work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share, with a focus on sales and business development. (~50% of Role)
- Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. (~25% of Role)
- Manage procurement activities, optimizing supplier relationships and negotiating favorable terms. (~25% of Role)
- Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as the public face of the company, representing our brand to customers, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of reliability, teamwork, and efficacy throughout the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA an asset.
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a strong attitude for the skills that will be needed to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage effectively.
- Experience in managing warehouse operations and procurement processes a plus.
- Experience working with tradesmen is a plus.

**Compensation**:
Competitive base salary starting at $100,000, commensurate with experience.

Additional incentive structure and/or bonus negotiable based on preferred structure.

Start Date: Est. May-June 2024.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
