Position Title: Real Estate Salesperson

Company Overview:

We are seeking ambitious and dedicated Real Estate Professionals who have a passion for helping clients navigate the property market. We offer a $5,000 bursary to any new agent currently enrolled in, or planning to undertake, the Nova Scotia Salesperson Real Estate Licensing Course.

Role and Responsibilities:

- As a Real Estate Salesperson with Air Realty, you will facilitate smooth real estate transactions, support our clients, and build strong relationships in the community. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Servicing Air Realty leads (5-15 leads per month)
- Negotiating property sales to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends

Compensation and Benefits:

- We offer competitive commission splits with the potential to earn your way to a 90/10 split. Our attractive package also includes:

- No monthly desk fees

**Requirements**:

- A valid Real Estate License, or plans to complete the Nova Scotia Real Estate Course.

- Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to independently navigate complex transactions.
- High level of integrity and dedication to fostering trust with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
