We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at the Best Western Premier Chateau Granville Hotel & Suites. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective leadership, strategic business development, and exceptional sales performance. **Duties**:

- Work to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the market reach and increase sales revenue.
- Conduct outside sales activities to acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships.
- Utilize market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology sales advancements, and competitor activities.
