The Badminton and Racquet Club of Toronto (B&R) is conveniently located in midtown Toronto (accessible by TTC). The B&R is a small community of members and staff where lasting friendships are built. The Club is newly renovated and features tennis, squash, badminton, pickleball, platform tennis, a fitness centre, three group exercise studios, a sports therapy and wellness centre, two childcare facilities, multiple dining outlets, and more

The B&R is recruiting for a Data Coordinator who’s primary responsibility involves collecting and maintaining the Club’s statistical databases, and for creating monthly, quarterly, and annual dashboards of such data information, for presentation to the Club’s committees, Board of Directors, and management, and for coordinating the annual gathering and storing of the Club’s digital and print archive materials.

In addition, the incumbent will be required to assist the Director of Finance & IT, with the coordination and documentation of the Club’s IT services and equipment tracking.

This position requires a strong administrator with excellent project management and coordination skills.

**Data Analytics**
- Meet with various stakeholders to determine data collection and reporting needs.
- Coordinate Power BI and Happometer Northstar software module operations.
- Create forms, dashboards, and templates using the Club’s digital software programs for efficient data collection and distribution. Where needed, seek approval from the Director of Finance and IT for the purchasing of additional software tools.
- Collect and prepare data on a monthly basis related to court, food and beverage, membership, security, financial, and other statistical information for presentation to the various committees, Board of Directors, and management.
- Ensure that data is maintained in a secure data system and is organized in a readable format.
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends.
- Reach out to other clubs, as directed, to gather information on best practices related to information being collected for statistical purposes.
- Work with various stakeholders to develop surveys on platforms such as Happometer, and SurveyMonkey, and then analyze and present a report on findings.

**Other**
- Assist with the coordination and documentation of the Club’s IT services and equipment tracking.
- Act as the point-of-contact for staff and management on all IT related issues and escalate issues to third-party provider quick resolve.
- Maintain a ticket system to track all workorder requests related to IT issues.
- Update the lifecycle of IT assets on an annual basis for budgeting purposes.
- Work with the Director of Human Resources and the third-party managed services provider to manage user credentials and privileges, onboard new users with respect to IT, and disable or suspend access privileges as directed.
- Coordinate the annual gathering and storing of the Club’s digital and print archive materials.
- If skilled, assist with graphic design work.
