- You are customer service oriented with demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- You have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, for schedule form.
- You have advanced business analysis, excel and Microsoft Office Applications skills.
**What Success looks like in this role**
- You will administer the enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow the organization to capture, store, retrieve and share.
- You will support in maintaining the Quality Management System to ensure conformity to standards while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- You will create and/or revise procedures, work instructions, forms, technical and project reports and datasheets

- You will coordinate training to operating procedure changes or new system implementation.
- You will guide cross functional teams in good documentation practices.
- You will participate in enterprise corrective action discussions as necessary.
- You will perform a wide variety of activities to support the Quality department and to ensure compliance with applicable quality objectives and regulatory requirements.
