At BRIO, we're looking for a talented Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our quality-related work and data statistical analysis. Key responsibilities include:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the quality-related work and data statistical analysis of the new project stage;
2. Analyze and improve the company's internal quality abnormalities;
3. Formulate the company's internal quality inspection standards;
4. Coordinate quality communication between the company and customers, handling abnormal situations reported by customers;
5. Continuously improve product quality, formulate corresponding improvement plans, and supervise and track progress;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements:
1. More than two years of work experience in electronics manufacturing;
2. Familiarity with PCB and PCBA inspection standards;
3. Understanding of the relevant content of the 8D report and ability to output the 8D report;
4. Familiarity with quality statistics systems and related knowledge;
5. Proficiency in using office software;
6. Good communication and coordination skills, as well as strong learning ability;
7. Preference for computer/electronics-related majors.
