**Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner**
**Providing information and guidance on our wide range of floral products and arrangements**
**Take customers orders in person and over the phone**
**Process transactions accurately and efficiently**
**Help customers select the perfect flowers and arrangement for various occasions**
**Maintain a clean and organized store environment**
**Assist with floral arrangement preparations and packaging**
**Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent service**

**Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills**
**Strong communication and problem-solving abilities**
**Ability to work in a fast paced environment**
**Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus**
**Ability to work during peak seasonal periods, including weekends and holidays**
**Passion for flowers and basic understanding of floral products is a plus**
**Ability to lift up to 30lb**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.20 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 35 per week
