**About Us**:
Nova Scotia Environment and Climate Change (ECC) has a mandate to protect the environment, human health and animal welfare through regulatory excellence, conservation, partnership and promotion. As part of the Environmental Assessment branch, you will be a member of a small, tight-knit collaborative, collegial and accomplished group of professionals. Working within a fast-paced environment where collaboration is key, this group plays an integral role in the success of the department’s program and regulatory management.

**About Our Opportunity**:
Managing and coordinating the department’s environmental assessment (EA) process, you work to ensure EA reviews are conducted in accordance with the Environment Act and Environmental Assessment Regulations. This involves administering all aspects of the pre-registration, registration and follow-up procedures.

- Minimum 6 years of related experience in Environmental Sciences

**Working Conditions**:

- 35 hours/week- May be in office or work from home
- Occasional travel may be required
