Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the store manager in daily operations, staff management, and customer service to ensure the store meets its financial goals.
**Duties**:
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and excellent customer service
- Interview, hire, and onboard new employees
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist in creating work schedules and managing payroll
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization
**Skills**:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
- Basic math skills for inventory management, budgeting, and cash handling
- Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures
- Ability to assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store
- Knowledge of buying processes to maintain appropriate stock levels

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
