**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operational Management_
- **Oversee Daily Operations**: Manage and coordinate all activities within the screen printing department, focusing on quality and efficiency.
- **Production Scheduling**: Develop and maintain production schedules to meet client deadlines and optimize workflow.
- **Quality Control**: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all products meet or exceed industry-leading standards.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure all M&R and Roq printing equipment is properly maintained and serviced regularly to prevent downtime.
- Team Leadership_
- **Staff Management**: Lead and supervise a team of 30 screen printing technicians and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Performance Evaluation**: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote professional growth.
- **Training and Development**: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- **Workplace Safety**: Promote and enforce a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Process Improvement_
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities to improve production processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency, with a focus on plastisol, water-based, discharge, DTF, simulated process, and special effects printing.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory of supplies, inks, screens, and other necessary materials to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise in the screen printing process, maintaining smooth operations.
- **Budget Management**: Manage temporary labor and working hours to align with revenue goals.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in screen printing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- **Technical Skills**: Extensive experience with M&R and Roq presses, and expertise in plastisol, water-based, discharge, DTF, simulated process, and special effects printing.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and drive performance.
- **Organizational Skill**s: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on maintaining consistency in output and increasing production capacity.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and management.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 pounds as necessary.
