Relevant du vice-président des ventes locales, ce poste consistera à encadrer, développer et motiver une équipe de directeurs des ventes de district à dépasser les objectifs de vente prévus pour la région.**Responsabilités du role**:

- Atteindre les objectifs annuels de croissance des ventes et des pièces tout en gérant les dépenses pour de sa région de vente.
- Assurer le coaching, la formation et la rétroaction en temps opportun afin de favoriser le développement des compétences de vente-conseil et de la croissance de l’entreprise des associés et des cadres.
- Surveiller les activités de vente, de service et de gestion des comptes clients tout en fournissant un soutien, un encadrement et un leadership direct à tous les leaders de vente.
- Diriger et animer efficacement des réunions de direction des ventes qui éduquent, motivent et produisent finalement des comportements clés pour stimuler les ventes. Élaborer et diffuser du contenu local pour les réunions de vente générales.
- Développer et entretenir des relations et un partenariat solide avec les clients en maintenant une communication régulière en personne ou par téléphone, en identifiant les besoins des clients et en assurant l’excellence du service à la clientèle.
- Contribuer à la promotion et au soutien du changement afin de répondre aux besoins des clients et d’accroître les ventes.
- Contribuer à la création et à la promotion des ventes et des incitations à la clientèle afin de générer des ventes rentables.
- Fournir des commentaires précis, complets et opportuns sur toutes les nouvelles opportunités de marché et les activités concurrentielles.
- Élaborer et recommander des plans pour améliorer le moral de l’équipe et obtenir des résultats supérieurs.
- Préparer les prévisions et plans de vente annuels et gérer les dépenses d’exploitation du territoire
- Négocier de nouveaux contrats avec les principaux clients locaux.
- Soutenir un état d’esprit axé sur le client lors de l’exécution des tâches quotidiennes.
- Se conformer à la politique et aux procédures de Sysco en matière de sécurité alimentaire afin de garantir le respect des exigences en matière de sécurité, de qualité et de légalité des aliments.
- Comprend à la fois la valeur économique et culturelle qu’une organisation sécuritaire ayant un impact environnemental mínimal apporte à une organisation.
- Est disposé à améliorer les performances en matière d’environnement, de santé et de sécurité en fournissant les ressources nécessaires et en tenant son équipe responsable de la conformité aux programmes, politiques et exigences EHS.

**Qualifications/compétences/exigences de l’emploi (à votre sujet)**:

- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience de la gestion des ventes.
- Au moins dix (10) ans d’expérience dans le domaine des ventes, dont au moins cinq (5) ans à un poste de responsable des ventes.
