**Oil and Gas Production Operator**

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain day-to-day operation of wells, pipelines and processing facilities and report any deficiencies or operational issues to the production supervisor
- Daily production reporting utilizing Prodman
- Keep all wells and facilities in a safe, clean, and compliant condition and report all deficiencies to the production supervisor
- Complete minor maintenance activities: pump repairs, packing changes, orifice plate inspections, well/facility inspections, and other assorted tasks in an operator’s scope
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed I3 Energy expectations including Health & Safety Training; community relations; environment; regulatory; company policy; corporate values; and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
- Ensure that all scheduled maintenance is completed on time

**Qualifications**
- Willing to train the Right Applicant
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have all applicable safety tickets
- Possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in an unsupervised work environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills (proficient in MS Office Suite)
- Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license - drivers abstract is required
- Experience with pumping oilwells, water injection facilities, oil treaters and associated equipment would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Oilfield: 1 year (preferred)
