Seeking a Sr. Coordinator of Maintenance Execution to lead maintenance activities, ensure safety, availability, and financial performance, and drive success in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Lead Maintenance Coordinators, trades, and third-party contractors during maintenance activities.
  • Develop systems and procedures to enhance maintenance execution efficiency and identify equipment failure causes.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Planning to manage workflows and prioritize work.
  • Oversee asset health for large rotating equipment through oil sampling, vibration monitoring, and other analyses.
  • Foster a safety culture by ensuring compliance with maintenance procedures and safe work practices.
  • Work with various stakeholders to ensure satisfactory team performance and manage vendor contracts.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a Red Seal Journeyman certification is an asset.
  • A Business or Technical Diploma, or equivalent training, is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance execution role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience with project management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas equipment is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
