**Key Responsibilities**
- Build the PMO function and lead the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Define and implement standards, governance structures, and methodologies for projects and programs, including change management.
- Oversee enterprise-level program management, ensuring efficiency, resource optimization, and alignment with the organizational roadmap.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, translating business requirements into actionable plans.
- Track KPIs to ensure project success and measurable value, while identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align project plans with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to the executive team, highlighting status, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead by example in program management, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.
- Coach and guide teams to adopt project management standards and best practices.
- Ensure performance meets company standards and values.
- Proactively discuss process improvements, ideas, and solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management or related field
- Advanced degree or certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, Six Sigma, Lean etc.) required
- Proven experience 10+ years in project management with at least 2 years of transformational enterprise level project management
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, etc.)
- Experience working in a matrix environment
