**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop implement and update HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain updates and policies on ISNetworld, Complyworks and Avetta.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees and management on HSE best practices and procedures.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to promote awareness and ensure competency among staff.
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, clients, and stakeholders on HSE matters and requirements.
- Participate in project planning and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential HSE risks.
- Keep abreast of new developments and emerging trends in HSE regulations and practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the surveying or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, including OSHA and relevant industry codes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE programs and initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
