**Front Office Manager**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Ø Own every aspect of and ensure the effective daily operation of the Front
Office Department
Ø Is a Key Operator for the Property Management System and other related systems
Ø Ensure delivery of all brand service standards and drive innovative creation of new standards based on current industry trends
Ø Ensure all guest service standards exceed expectations
Ø Know your regular guests ensuring they become loyal guests
Ø Review and reply to all guest comment cards
Ø Communicate guest satisfaction results with team members
Ø Monitor the daily performance of the Front Office Team, observing and listening to guest/team member interactions and assisting when necessary
Ø Development of all Front Office team members
ØEnsure the accurate handling of all accounting processes in the Front
Office
Ø Scheduling, payroll, forecasting and budgeting of the Front Office
Department
Ø Communicate effectively and positively with all other departments within the hotel
Ø In conjunction with the Associate Director, Sales & Marketing, manage inventory levels to drive revenues during peak periods
Ø Participates in the weekly Yield Meetings
Ø Work with integrity while bringing excitement to our environment
Ø Collaborate with your team to provide an experience that supports the hotel’s overall goals
Ø Expert in all emergency procedures and general crisis situation management, including fire and emergency procedures, procedures for handling of Fire Panel, ensuring the safety of all guests and team members

Front Office Team
Ø You have 2-3 years proven hotel experience in a progressively senior role of responsibility, with strong knowledge and understanding of the Front Office
Ø You have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & Opera)
Ø You are a self-starter with excellent Leadership abilities
Ø You are extremely organized with outstanding attention to detail
Ø You enjoy implementing and maintaining high guest standards
Ø You are analytical and tackle challenges head on
Ø You have strong written and verbal communication skills
Ø You believe in motivating team members to bring out their best
Ø You possess financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting
Ø You enjoy working in a respectful, positive, team-oriented environment
Ø You have the spirit of an entrepreneur and aren’t afraid to think on your feet

Ø You are able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond, BC V7B 1C7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
