**The Opportunity**

The marketing department is seeking a full-time **Digital Marketing Specialist **who can lead us in achieving business objectives by delivering strong and measurable digital results.

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, besides loving pizza, donairs and subs, you are a jack-of-all-things-digital.

You:

- are known for taking the ball and running with it
- are more of a leader than a follower, however, are a strong collaborator and team player
- are curious about digital and if you don’t know something, you will dig in and learn it - whether on your own or through formal development.
- enjoy leading creative direction for static posts as much as you love getting out of the office to create organic, off-the-cuff social media - whether in our restaurants or at interesting places throughout Atlantic Canada.
- are a concept-to-execution marketer who loves diving into analytics to show success, and identify key learnings
- enjoy introducing new ideas to engage and connect with our online customers.

This is a relatively new role in the company that offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious digital marketer to elevate our digital efforts to new heights. As a well-established company in all aspects of the restaurant industry, we are newer to digital marketing and excited about interesting, bold ideas that will delight and engage users while increasing brand affinity and sales for our franchisees and operators.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in digital marketing
- Understanding of the Atlantic Canadian culture
- Experience in QSR, Hospitality, or Retail would be considered an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) would be a strong asset
- Familiarity with Hubspot and/or other CRM systems, and content management platforms or you learn new SaaS easily
