**About the role**:
Reporting to the VP of HR and Talent Acquisition the** Manager, Talent Attraction and Employer Branding** will serve as a partner to the business developing and executing talent strategies and leading the Talent Acquisition team to meet the short and long-term people strategy and business goals. As a driver of brand growth and transformation this role will focus on comprehensive strategy; how we establish and grow our employer brand, attract, retain, and grow our talent.

**What you’ll do**:

**Talent Attraction Strategy**
- Develop talent attraction programs and innovative approaches to enhance the recruiting process enabling hiring managers and recruiters to attract world-class diverse talent
- Use data to develop people insights and drive and inform decision making with key partners
- Understanding recruiting KPI’s, volume, reporting, and analytics and data to drive business decisions around workforce planning: assess critical factors; provide accurate data/insights for ROI clarification for headcount decisions
- Serve as a proactive advisor to leadership teams by facilitating top business staffing discussions, developing strategic hiring plans, and managing business forecasts
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and strives to reduce costs

**Talent Management**
- Work with leadership teams to understand current and future workforce needs
- Develop improvements to processes including strategic sourcing, pipeline development, assessment, and selection
- Supports Sales Organization to identify performance trends, talent strengths, and development needs for Sales Markets
- Proactively seek out (internal and external) forums/spaces/platforms where certain talent can be found and attracted

**Employer Branding**:

- Responsible for building the OSL brand internally and externally
- Develops and executes a content strategy for building OSL as an employer of choice, and highlighting our Employee Value Proposition
- Responsible for the on-going evolution of the brand
- Drives cross-functional partnership to bring Employer Branding to life
- Responsible for producing marketing assets for campaigns, both printed and digital

**Qualifications**:

- 4+ years working in a strategic HR and Talent Acquisition leadership role
- 2+ years of Employer Branding experience, preferably in corporate and retail
- Expert knowledge of innovative recruitment market practices
- Demonstrated track record of success creating and executing a results-driven recruiting strategy within a fast-moving, highly dynamic company
- Strong strategic thinking skills to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities
- Proven success at building relationships at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of MS Office, HR and ATS systems, iCIMS is considered an asset
- Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to inspire others
