**About the role**:
As the
** Talent and Employer Branding Manager**, you will serve as a partner to the business by developing and executing talent strategies and leading the Talent Acquisition team to meet the short and long-term people strategy and business goals. As a driver of brand growth and transformation at OSL, this role will focus on comprehensive strategy; how we establish and grow our employer brand, attract, retain, and grow our talent. You will utilize a data-driven approach to help analyze and adjust our strategies to execute against the long-term strategic plans developed in partnership with our business leaders. This role is uniquely positioned to be a change agent to strengthen and shape our talent ecosystem and lead talent management.

**What you’ll do**:

**Talent Acquisition Strategy and Operations**
- Design and deliver a strategic recruiting agenda focused on advancing the business goals
- Drive innovative and creative talent strategies/initiatives to identify and hire diverse talent
- Build and lead an effective talent framework to include assessment best practices
- In partnership with the HR team, define and develop talent attraction programs and innovative approaches and tools to enhance the recruiting process and enable hiring managers and recruiters to attract world-class diverse talent
- Use data to develop people insights and drive and inform decision making with key partners
- Have a deep understanding of recruiting KPI’s, volume, reporting, and necessary analytics and data to drive business decisions around workforce planning: assess critical factors; provide accurate data/insights for ROI clarification for headcount decisions
- Serve as a proactive and consultative trusted advisor to leadership teams by facilitating top business staffing discussions, developing strategic hiring plans, and managing business forecasts
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and strives to reduce costs
- Support with employee visa/immigration processing, including working with immigration and tax service providers
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to develop a high-performing, agile team

**Talent Management**
- Work with leadership teams throughout OSL to understand current and future workforce needs and develops improvements to processes that include strategic sourcing, pipeline development, assessment, and selection
- Maintains an overview of current and future competence needs, key role readiness and diverse representation for all business areas in OSL. This role will support with talent identification, pipeline management and succession for key roles and leadership positions
- Communicate and train leaders, HR, and colleagues on talent best practices
- Supports Sales Organization to identify performance trends, talent strengths, and development needs for Sales Markets
- Identify current and future forecast of local talent needs including future competence requirements and overall gaps, key role readiness and diverse representation
- Proactively seek out (internal and external) forums/spaces/platforms where certain talent can be found and attracted

**Employer Branding**:

- Serves as the Global liaison to drive local Employer Branding Strategy in conjunction with Global strategy, initiatives, and implementation
- Responsible for building the OSL brand both internally and externally
- Develops and executes a content strategy for building OSL as an employer of choice, and highlighting our Employee Value Proposition
- Responsible for the on-going evolution of the brand
- Drives cross-functional partnership to bring Employer Branding to life
- Partners with Employee Engagement and Internal Communications to drive Employee Value Proposition and internal Employer Branding engagement
