- Requirements_
- experience in marketing, communications, business or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) would be an asset
- prior sales, leasing, business, or real estate experience an asset
- excellent problem solving and communication skills
- strong computer, internet, and social media skills
- prior experience in real estate photography is an asset
- basic knowledge in iMovie or similar apps is an asset
- basic knowledge in a photo editing software is an asset
- desire to learn new skills
- well organized and detail oriented
- ability to multitask during busy periods
- can work independently
- able to travel to properties in the Kingston and surrounding area
- cell phone, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s licence
- current CPIC
- Duties_
- advertise available rental units
- update social media channels
- review and reference check new applicants
- real estate HDR photography
- 3D Tours and processing
- arial drone and interior videos
- schedule jobs
- prepare and execute lease agreements
- collect deposits and manage keys
- coordinate with admin and maintenance staff
- generate new landlord client leads
- provide feedback on leasing protocols and technology platform

**On the job training and support will be provided as needed.**
