**Position Overview**: The Lead Management and Marketing Specialist plays a vital role within Patry Group of Companies, a leading property management firm, by managing all leads, overseeing marketing and advertising efforts, and optimizing the leasing process. This role is responsible for driving efficient lead management, enhancing marketing strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences to maximize leasing opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**:

- Receive, capture, and respond to leads promptly, leveraging effective communication to sell the community and convert leads into appointments.
- Coordinate with leasing consultants to schedule appointments and manage overflow leads efficiently.
- **Marketing and Advertising**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties managed by Patry Group of Companies.
- Create compelling advertising campaigns across various platforms to attract potential tenants and increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve lead generation.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Schedule appointments in the Leasing Consultants' calendars, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and maximizing customer engagement.
- Send appointment confirmations to customers and notices of entry to residents as necessary.
- **Leasing Consultant Support**:

- Notify leasing consultants of scheduled viewings, providing support and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary information and resources for appointments.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- **Documentation and Closing**:

- Complete leasing documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Facilitate smooth business transactions, closing leases effectively to ensure a seamless leasing process for customers.
