Culinaria is a fine dining restaurant and chef school located in Mississauga, ON. We offer full service fine dining with a strong focus on private events, as well as interactive cooking classes in our learning kitchen. We are looking for someone to join our team.
We use the highest of quality ingredients, forage as a team and visit prime farms during peak season. Some products used are Ora King salmon, which is butchered in house, wild Greenland halibut, which is butchered in house, Harley Farms lamb, VG Meats beef and South American seabass.
We have only one position available and this individual must have experience in both "fine" dining and banquet scales.
As a CDP at Culinaria, you own your section. You are responsible for the progression and elevation of food and flavours, mise en place, ordering and organization. We strive for growth in our staff's fundamental culinary and time management skills.
