**Position Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic design graduate to join the team in supporting our brands across all apparel commodities. This designer will work together with the Design team to create quality and wearable product that aligns with company vision and seasonal direction.

**What you’ll do**:
Research and Develop
- Support building the seasonal direction and product creation
- Research seasonal key trends, color, fabric, silhouette and innovation that is brand right
- Assist in building Seasonal Design Presentations
- Support the integration the corporate calendar timing and brand guidelines
- Develop and update CAD packs and PLM BOMs accurately and on time

Design
- Assist the Design Team with completing CAD illustrations for presentations and Tech Packs
- Learn and use PLM software
- Prepare and maintain presentation boards and line sheets
- Attend and assist in fittings to ensure quality product and brand standards
- Help approve, trims, lab dips, hand looms, strike offs and knit downs

**What you’ve done**:

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite, Illustrator is essential
- Ability to maintain a high standard of design and productivity in a fast paced work environment
- Solid comprehension of garment construction, garment specifications and critical product construction
- Must have an eye for detail, color and creativity combined with fashion industry insight
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Graphic design experience is an asset
