**Description**:

- A Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or another Municipal Services related engineering field is required. Formal training in Project Management or Construction Management of Municipal Infrastructure design and construction would be considered an asset.
- Eligibility for registration with the Association of Professional Engineers Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) is required. Applicants with a C.E.T. designation or working towards a P.Eng. will be considered at a *developmental” level or for other available opportunities (see total rewards section for more information).
- Five (5) years of related experience is required. Specific focus will be towards applicants with experience in design, construction and project management of roadways within both urban and rural settings.
- Strong administrative, written and oral communication skills are required. Must possess well developed project management, organizational, technical and interpersonal skills while working both independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid Alberta driver’s license and satisfactory driving record is required.
