Post-Secondary Diploma in Management, Technology, or a related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3/4 certification would be considered an asset.
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ related experience, with proven leadership capabilities, including communication, influence, negotiations, conflict resolution, people management, and relationship management (internal and external).
- The demonstrated ability to drive change and manage teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects is required.
- Extensive experience with large-scale enterprise IS projects, especially in the public sector. Strong understanding of systems architecture with hands-on experience in analyzing, designing, maintaining, and implementing IS infrastructure.
- The demonstrated ability to drive change and manage teams to ensure quality, timely delivery of projects with emphasis on business outcomes and business value.
- Possession of a valid Alberta driver’s license and satisfactory driving record is required.

**The total rewards package for this position includes**:
A starting annual salary of $129,875 - $162,343 based on a 35-hour work week and option to join the Earned Day Off Program.
