The expected compensation for this position is $17-$19 per hour, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications. Base pay is just one component of our overall Total Rewards offering. **The Role**:
Our Vancouver Yaletown location is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest** Receptionist**.

The **Receptionist** plays a critical role within Solis Optics and is crucial to our success by delivering world-class service to our customers. You'll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a **permanent, part-time position **working up to 20-29 hours per week. Our location is open Tuesdays to Saturdays. Availability to work Saturdays is a must.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- You will be the first point of contact for our clients in our stores
- Responsible for handling inquiries in person and on the phone
- Process invoices and deals with insurance providers
- Maintain a welcoming reception area
- Support store staff on an ad hoc basis

**What Do You Bring?**
- Minimum one years’ experience in an optical or medical environment
- Passionate about customer experience; a great communicator who can provide exceptional interactions with customers
- Committed to excelling as a member of a high performing team
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous retail experience an asset
