The expected compensation for this position is $18-$19 per hour, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications. Base pay is just one component of our overall Total Rewards offering. **The Role**:
Our Yaletown location is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest **Patient Services Specialist**. The **Patient Services Specialist** plays a critical role within solis optics and is crucial to our success by delivering world-class service to our customers. You'll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This position is a **casual role** working **up to 19 hours per week.**Our location is open** Tuesdays to Saturdays**.
**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Warmly greeting customers as they enter our store
- Billing the customer, their medical service provider and other third parties
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
