**Department Overview**

TD Wealth Management takes a sophisticated and holistic goals discovery approach to wealth planning and protection to provide highly personalized advice, solutions and service to clients.

**The Wealth Operations **team enable resources for operational needs across the Wealth business resulting in lower costs with excellent customer-service levels. The team facilitate key business strategies to handle core business processes and lead cross operations initiatives while ensuring operational effectiveness. - Act as key liaison with partners and external groups for the purposes of delivering optimal customer service
- Lead a group of Team Managers in developing, operationalizing and completing processes, transactions and activities characterized by low to medium complexity
- Provide expertise and handle implementation and testing of new processes, technologies or operating models in own area
- Ensure department operates in compliance with applicable internal and external requirements as well as appropriate reporting and escalation of issues occurs based on risk profile
- Keep tabs on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts while ensuring employees are knowledgeable of them as well
- Act as a team escalation contact with the strong knowledge in identifying, tracking and resolving gaps for issues raised from other internal groups, partners and/or customers
- Lead a high performing team in alignment with all human resources policies, procedures and guidelines of conduct; coach and provide ongoing feedback and performance reviews
- Build and cultivate a cohesive team; promote a positive, fair and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce and motivate the team to achieve common goals and objectives

**Job Requirements**
- High School diploma with over 5 years of relevant experience and over 3 years of people management experience
- Undergraduate degree/ college diploma preferred
- Deep knowledge of the business and operational functions supported, process management and the risk profile for team processes supported
- Strong communications skills to support positive working relationships with cross-functional teams across TDBG, external contacts and customers
- Robust organizational and team management skills to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple deadlines while working in a team or independently
