Outbound Sales/project Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Generate sales leads and identify potential new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and other sales techniques
- Bid on projects using tools like Building Connect and other project management software
- Work closely with general contractors to close deals and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Follow up with current jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in outbound sales, project management, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using project management software such as Building Connect
- Knowledge of epoxy flooring and the construction industry is preferred, but not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
