Your role
- Lead delivery process of Request For Proposal (RFP) responses for Defined Benefits and Health & Welfare/Insurance Administration System
- Work very closely with proposal sales leads, deciding executives, and writing team to ensure we propose our best value proposition to prospect clients
- Be responsible of RFP response process
- For each proposal, enforce RFP response process, including:

- Timeline
- Organize/run relevant meetings
- Be knowledgeable (not expert) of multiple disciplines (e.g., system solutions/SaaS business, implementation process, general understanding of pension and health and welfare, etc.) and have hands-on experience in the business
- Support management needs when 3rd party sub-contractor or partnership is required

**Responsibilities**:

- Attend go no go meetings
- Work with writers to prepare/lead proposal bid kick off meeting
- Ensure proposal bid gets delivered as per established timeline
- Ensure Questions to ask to prospect are gathered and ready to be sent by RFP timeline
- Ensure proposal bid response gaps are addressed in a timely manner:

- Organize relevant meetings, prepare agenda, and share minutes with all stakeholders (SMEs, writing team, others as required) - example: strategy, solution, and legal
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to be provided with missing key information (proposed project team names, references, requirements, other items as required)
- Coordinate work between key solution requirements stakeholders to ensure pending items are resolved, namely business, technical, security, implementation, and ongoing support SMEs
- Ensure pricing input information is complete so that analysis can be completed by Business development strategy director/VP
- Manage multiple proposals in parallel

Your profile:

- Senior consultant level
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or Actuarial Science
- 10+ years related work experience ideally working as part of technology solutions implementations
- Work experience in pension and health and welfare is an advantage (though not required)
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage special projects to successful completion
- Demonstrated ability to be a leader and an agent for change
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate, manage conflict and manage risk
