As a** Marketing Rep IPC** you would be responsible for:
- Demonstrates commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture and Hilton Values.
- Provides information and incentives for guests that are not owners and have not toured per qualification guidelines.
- Pro-actively pursues all eligible guests to preview HGVC through direct booking of tours or upon purchase of a mini-vacation package.
- Ensures guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts as provided or promotes a courtesy tour.
- Collects tour deposits and completes required paperwork accurately and completely for each tour (as necessary)
- Provides location related guest service to hotel guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible hotel services for specific hotel information.
- Represents the product and HGVC in the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
- Ensures proper business etiquette and responsibilities of the position are maintained at all times.
- Distributes only HGVC authorized information, collateral and materials. Maintains location-operating standards. Follows gifting list procedures to ensure costs are met monthly.
- Reviews production reports and notifies manager of any challenges.
- Ensures wake up calls and invitations are completed.
- Complies with all reasonable requests put forth by management.
- Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Compensation**:
$17.40 per hour plus commissions & bonuses governed by a compensation plan.

**Qualifications**
To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Must be highly driven and a self-starter.
- Thorough understanding of local area.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities.
- Ability to accept rejection in a proactive manner.
- Must be able to life and carry 30 lbs.+ boxes when necessary.
