**How you will contribute as part of the TRCA team**:
**Major Responsibilities**:

- Provide active operational support on Forestry services projects - including tree and forest inventories, arborist reports, hazard tree removals, and invasive species management.
- Assist with TRCA Ash Tree Injection Program.
- Assist with the operation and maintenance of the tools and equipment required of each program.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What will you need to succeed**:

- Demonstrate experience and knowledge of best practices in forestry and arboriculture operations.
- Experience in dendrology and woody plant identification skills,
- Possess a current, valid Class G Driver’s License,
- First Aid / CPR certificates is an asset.
- Computer literacy including the use of GPS, Microsoft office suite programs, and GIS software is an asset
- Familiarity with farm, landscape and construction equipment, including small tools and larger machinery.
- Demonstrated experience and aptitude for outdoor activities and to work outdoors in adverse conditions.
